Our Story

Less is more. Lems ShoesO designs shoes around the anatomy of a foot: widest at the toes, level from heel to forefoot, and flexible enough that you can still feel the ground.

The first last came from a simple frustration — everyday sneakers squeezed the toes into a wedge. After years of pattern work and prototypes, the Primal shipped in 2011. The catalog has grown since then. The brief has not.
