Once a Lems ShoesO order leaves the warehouse you get a tracking note in the inbox used at checkout. Carriers can take a full day to show the first scan.

United States

• UPS Standard (lower 48) — flat $5.95, typically 5–10 business days after shipment
• Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories — USPS flat $15.95
• 2nd Day Air (contiguous US) — offered at checkout when the cart qualifies

Parcels ship Monday through Friday from the Cincinnati warehouse. International orders use a $24.95 DHL Express lane and usually arrive in 5–10 business days plus any local duties.
