You have 60 days from purchase to send back an eligible Lems ShoesO pair. Final-sale items stay sold.

To come back, a pair must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in the original box. It has to have been bought on this shop.

• Drop-off return — no label fee. You get a QR code by email and take the boxed pair to a return bar.
• Mail-in return — a $9 label is deducted from the refund. You can also ship with your own label at no extra charge from us.

Original outbound shipping is not refunded. Start with [email protected] and your order number. Warehouse inspection happens before a refund posts to the original payment method.
