Lems ShoesO uses a natural last: room through the forefoot, a level heel, and a flexible sole. Start with your usual US size.

• Measure both feet in the afternoon, heel to longest toe, on a sheet of paper.
• If one foot is longer, size to that foot.
• Thick socks or insoles can push a pair that already feels snug — go up a half size.
